What to expect
Every emerald arrives as a genuine stone, carefully packaged in a protective clear case and placed in a luxurious silk pouch, sealed with hot wax for authenticity. Your order includes our gemstone identification certificate. For emeralds valued above $20,000 USD, we send your stone to a respected third-party gemological laboratory—such as GIA, SSEF, AGL, or Gubelin—based on your preference and location. Your certified emerald is then wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped via Priority Mail USPS in the US, and International, shipping worldwide.
